The New York Health Act Update

he New York Health Act (A4738A,S4840A), the Bill to Guarantee healthcare to all New Yorkers, passed the New York State Assembly in 2015, 2016, and 2017. It's very likely the Bill will pass again in the Assembly this year. Now on to the Senate.

New York could create the largest Statewide Universal Single-Payer Health Care system, a better version of Medicare, in the Country.

Every New Yorker, regardless of Immigration status, would receive Quality Health Care and be able to choose their Medical Provider.

It would Provide:

- Never Pay Copay, Deductible, or Private Health Insurance Premium, unless you want more services then this plan.

- No more Bankruptcies due to Medical Debt.

- No more Restricted Networks, Formularies, Delays, and Denials from Insurance Companies.

- Guaranteed Coverage for Reproductive Health Services.

- Businesses would no longer worry about Bankrupting Health Care Costs.

- The New York State Economy would no longer have to Support an Antiquated, Wasteful Private Health Insurance system.

There will be a Rally in Albany on Tuesday, June 5th, for a Day of Action for the New York Health Act!
