NY Potential 2014 General Election Ballot for Gov./Lt. Gov.

With the New York Primary in September and the ability of independent and write-in names, here is a possible ballot:

Qualified Party - Governor/Lt. Governor
Democratic - Andrew M. Cuomo / Kathy C. Hochul or Timothy Wu
Republican - Rob Astorino / Chris Moss
Conservative - Rob Astorino / Chris Moss
Working Families - Andrew M. Cuomo / Kathy C. Hochul
Independence - Andrew M. Cuomo / Kathy C. Hochul
Green - Howie Hawkins / Brian P. Jones

Un-Qualified Party - Governor/Lt. Governor
Libertarian - Michael McDermont / Chris Edes

Party for 2014 - Governor/Lt. Governor
Life and Justice - Michael J. Carey / Chris Moss
Sapient - Steve Cohn / Bobby K. Kalotee
Rent is 2 Dam High - Jimmy McMillan / Christalle Felix
Stop Common Core - Rob Astorino / Chris Moss
Woman's Equity - Andrew M. Cuomo / Kathy C. Hochul

Socialist Workers - John Studer (Write-In for Governor)

New York is a Fusion voting state.  All the votes for a candidate under a party label are added for a total vote.  Write-in for an existing candidate are ignored.

New York allows the creation of a party name for the current General Election.  So in 2014, the party's Stop Common Core and Woman's Equity were created.

The Fusion concept allows the voter to select a candidate but also show support for a party or an issue.
