Ukraine and the Philippines are preparing a Formal Defense Framework, Focused on joint Drone Production, and the Exchange of Battlefield Experience.
The Agreement aims to Strengthen Co-Operation on Unmanned Systems, while giving the Philippines Access to Ukraine’s Extensive Combat Eexperience with Drones Developed and Tested during the War.
The Initiative could also Expand the Philippines’ Growing Drone Capabilities, amid Increasing Security concerns in the Indo-Pacific.
