New York Attorney General Letitia James (D), has taken Legal Action to, prevent Trump from Relocating the Business Address of Six Trump Organization Entities to Florida.
Citing ongoing Business Activities at Trump Tower in Manhattan, James argues that the Trump Organization’s Entities, remain rooted in New York, despite attempts to shift their Official Location.
James wrote to Judge Arthur Engoron on Thursday, pleading with him to Reject the Defendants’ attempt to Change the Business Address to Florida as “the record establishes those entities are located in Trump Tower at 725 5th Avenue in New York, the Office building in which the Executives who carry out the Business Activities of those entities work.”
Attorney General James has vowed to seize Trump’s Assets, if He fails to Pay the Outstanding Judgment. Trump owes New York State almost $454 million, including Interest, but that figure goes up $87,502 every day that Trust doesn't cover the Bill.
Highlighting the Urgency of the Situation, James emphasizes that Legal Measures, will be pursued to Enforce the Court’s Decision, and compel Trump to Settle His Debt to New York.
