Supreme Court permits States to use the Trump's Systemaatic Alien Verification for Entitlments (SAVE) Database to determine Individual Voter Eligibility. In a 3/2025 Executive Order (EO), Trump Ordered that SAVE be revamped to include Social Security Data, so it could use Social Security Data, so it could be used by States to Screen Out Non-Citizen Voters, even though every Study has found Illegal Voters to be Exceedingly Rare.
In 7/2026, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said more than 270,000 Noncitizens in Four States Voter Rolls, including nearly 16,000 in Nevada. Election Officials in Carson City asked for Details, and DHS provided 185 Names of Voters it Claimed as Non-Citizens. But last week, in a Sstrongly Worded Rebuke, the State Affirmed that every single Person on the List was a Lawful Citizen.
Other State and Local Officials have Identified Major flows in the SAVE Database, and Error Rates in some locations run as high as 81%, Because the Database includes Outdated Information, a Large Number of Naturalized Citizens where not updated.
The Supreme Court handed Trump's GOP another Tool it can use to Raise Doubts about the Intgrity of the November Election. Ignore the 90 Day Liment, and Purge Thousands of Voters from the Rolls. Or they can Refuse to Certify the Election. So the table is set for more Chaos and Confusion.
