Using AI for Individualized Pricing

Companies are goining in on Indivualized Pricing. Using AI Data to make "targeted calculations about what to charge you."

A Customer's Location, Browsing History, and Social Media Activity can Help determine how much Your willing to Pay.

Companies insist such such Targeting is "simply how modern discounts works, the natural evolution of coupons."

But, with Coupons Everyone gets the Same Discount, so Consumers see the Original Price and what they are Saving.

But, with Surveillance Pricing, People are Offered Different Prices for the same thing.

We need a "Real Price Law" including Consumers able to Sue.

Banning Surveillanc Pricing would Restore the "Basic Principles of the Marketplace".
