this would allow Ukrainian drones to participate in the Pentagon's Drone Dominance program. Drone Dominance is a billion-dollar competition run by the US Department of Defense, where dozens of drones from different manufacturers face challenges simulating battlefield conditions.
The first round was reportedly won by a craft jointly produced by British company Skycutter and Ukrainian drone technology giant Skyfall. However, this agreement would only be the first step into a broader technological collaboration between Washington and Kyiv.
