Being on the Suspense List, does Not Cancel your Registration or Remove you from the Voter Rolls. It simply means your County’s Voter Registrar has Reason to believe You may No longer Live at the Address Listed, and if Still a TX Voter, which Ballot you get.
Common Reasons Include: Election Mail, Registration Certificates, jury Notice, and Summons, being Returned as Undeliverable
How to Check your Status: You can Check your Voter Registration and Address using the Texas Secretary of State’s “Am I Registered?” Portal, or by Contacting your County Elections Office.
You can search by: Voter Unique Identifier (VUID) from Your Registration Certificate. Texas Driver’s License Number, if provided, Frst and Last Name.

10/5/2026 – Deadline to Register or Update your Address for the 11/30/2026 Election;
10/10/2026 - Early Voting Starts.
10/19/2026 - Early Voting Ends.
11/30/2026 - Election Day.
