The United States Supreme Court has Upheld the Right of Birth Right Citizenship, in a Historic Court Ruling.
Justices issued their Decision on 6/30/2026, to Uphold the Right to Birth Right Citizenship, in a 5-4 Vote.
The Court also Ruled in a 6-3 Vote that Trump's (R) Executive Order (EO) to End the Right to Citizenship, Violated the 14th Amendment.
Trump Targeted Birth Right Citizenship since His First day in Office.
He Signed an EO Directing Federal Agencies to Not Recognize the Citizenship of Babies Born in the U.S., if neither of their Parents were Citizens or lawful Permanent Residents.
The EO was Quickly Met by Lawsuits from Civil Rights Groups.
