The Art of the Deportation Deal



The Trump (R) Administration has been Offering Big Benefits to Developing Countries willing to Accept Migrant Deportees willing to Accept Migrant Deportees.

A Cable sent by Secretary of State Marco Rubio (R) advised Diplomats to tell Foreign Government Officials that a Deportation Deal "can help a country improve its relationship with the U.S."

The U.S. has Offered to Pay Foreign Security Forces, Finance Public Health Services, and Reconsider Sanctions, and other Punitive Measures.

Uganda inked a Deportation Deal 7/2025. In 12/2025 the U.S. Agreed to provide $1.7 Billion for its Health Sector.

Burundi recently entered a Deportation Agreement and soon after Secured $129 Million for HIV/AIDS and Malaria Programs.

U.S. Officials Deny any Connection between the Deportation Deals and the New Health Spending, which Partially Restores Funding that was Cut when the Administration Dismantled USAID.

George Fishman (R), a former Trump DHS Official, said the Administration's Message to Foreign Counstries is Cclear: "If you don't enter into one of these agreements, you may aee thinks you don't like.
