Arriving or Departing the U.S. as a Non-Citizen, now face Mandatory Facial Scans, for National Security.
The Biometric Rule for Non-Citizens in the U.S. has been Implemented, requiring Facial Recognition Capture at All Entry and Exit Points.
This includes Airports, Land Borders, and Seaports.
The Rule, Effective December 26th, 2025, Applies to nearly All Non-Citizens, including Lawful Permanent Residents and Temporary Visa Holders.
The System aims to Enhance Border Security and Streamline Identity Checks for International Travelers.
It has also Raised Privacy Concerns and the Potential for Profiling.
The Rule is part of a Long-Planned Biometric Entry-Exit aystem Mandated by Congress, after the 9/11 Attacks.
