Ukraine's Military Launched an Attack on a Thermal Power Plant in Southwest Russia late Wednesday Night, using a FP-5 "Flamingo" Cruise Missile.
This Colossal Weapon can carry a Payload of up to 1,150 kilograms, and has a Range of 3,000 kilometers. Residents in the City of Orel, situated about 368 kilometers Southwest of Moscow, Reported Hearing Explosions near the Thermal Power Plant.
Video Footage seemed to Depict Multiple Fires Raging at the Plant after the Aerial Assault. The Regional Governor Asserted that the City was Attacked by Drones. It comes as Russia is "starting preparations for full scale nuclear tests for first time in 35 years".

"When their individual elements fell, several private houses and an outbuilding were damaged. Currently, there is no information about the casualties."
A Military Analyst informed that the Attack was likely Executed using Missiles or Modified Drones. "The attack on the thermal power plant was carried out using a rocket or a jet-powered UAV," they explained. "The video does not show any air raid sirens, air defense systems, or the characteristic hum of a propeller-driven UAV."
A Ukrainian War Blogger with Ties to the Country's Main Intelligence Directorate alleged that the Strike was Conducted by the Flamingo Missile.
"Ukrainian-made FP-5 Flamingo» cruise missiles visited Russian city Orel and struck thermal power plant," they Reported.
In a separate Incident, Drones targeted Energy Infrastructure in the Suburbs of Vladimir, a City situated East of Moscow. The Attack was aimed at the Vladimirskaya Substation, a Significant Regional Energy Hub, with an Installed Capacity of approximately 4,010 MVA and a Crucial Node in the 110-750 kV Power Grid.
