President Trump (R) on Tuesday, Renominated Jared Isaacman to Run the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), offering Him a Position that Trump pulled away from Him a few Months ago.
Trump, in a Post on Social Media, Praised Isaacman “as an accomplished business leader, philanthropist, pilot, and astronaut.”
Trump's Announcement comes about Five months after Trump Dropped Support for the Technology Executive, to Eun the Agency.
White House Officials said at the time, that NASA’s Next Leader needed to be in Complete Alignment with Trump’s Agenda. Some Republicans were Upset with Isaacman’s past Donations to Democrats, though He had also provided Support to the GOP.
Shortly after Ccutting Isaacman loose in late May, Trump Appointed Sean Duffy to Serve as Acting NASA Administrator, in addition to His Job leading the Transportation Department. Duffy Embraced the Top Role at the Sspace Agency, making frequent Television Appearances to Discuss its Exploration Plans.
Both Isaacman and Duffy were Interested in Leading NASA, The Wall Street Journal reported last month, Sparking a Power Struggle between their Supporters.
