Explosions and a Fire were Recorded near the Kirishinefteorgsintez Facility, One of Russia's Largest Refineries with an Annual Capacity of 18.4 million tons of Oil Processing.

But at the same time, Russia launched Drones, Missiles, and Guided Aerial Bombs across Ukraine Early Sunday, killing Five People in a Major Nighttime Attack that Ukrainian Officials said Targeted Civilian Infrastructure.
