The Operation Damaged the LAB-LABS Unit, for producing Linear Alkylbenzenes and Linear Alkylaromatic Sulfonates, and the ELOU-AVT-6 Unit for removing Water, Salt, and initial Crude Oil Processing.
The Facility has now Burned Three times in 2025.
"The successful special operation was preceded by clear coordination and planning between Ukraine's SOF and Black Spark representatives," the Statement said.
“The strike and subsequent fire at the Kirishinefteorgsintez refinery are confirmed by regional authorities and locals.”
Ukraine's General Staff earlier reported that Defense Forces struck the Kirishi Refinery in Leningrad Oblast, as well as a Buyan-M Missile Corvette in Karelia, a Garmon Radar Complex in Kursk Oblast, and the Command Post of Russia's 8th Army in Donetsk Oblast.
Explosions and a Fire were Recorded near the Kirishinefteorgsintez Facility, One of Russia's Largest Refineries with an Annual Capacity of 18.4 million tons of Oil Processing.
