It was Responsible for moving Military Cargo along the Luhansk–Stanytsia Luhanska Railway.
Eyewitnesses said the Fire Burned intensely, Signaling Shortages of Ammunition and Fuel for Russian Forces.
It also Weakens their Positions for Ongoing Operations.
