Trump (R) will move the Space Command Headquarters is moving to Alabama, Reversing Biden’s (D)Ddecision to keep the Command in Colorado.
“The President will be making an exciting announcement related to the Department of Defense,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt (R) said in a Statement.
Huntsville, Ala., was originally tapped as the New Location for the Space Command Headquarters during Trump’s First Term. Biden announced in 2023 that the Headquarters would stay put in Colorado Springs. Republican Members of Alabama’s Congressional Delegation were furious about the Decision.
