A Panel of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, has Upheld a jJry’s Finding that Trump (R) Assaulted Writer E. Jean Carroll in the 1990s. The Court Ruled that Trump has Not proven any Errors in the Admission of Key Evidence. It also affirms a $5 Million Judgment, that grows by 10% each month, against Him for Sexual Abuse and Defamation Liability. The Appeals Court found that the Inclusion of that Evidence has supported Carroll's Allegations.
The Court added, "These include its decisions to admit the testimony of two women who alleged that Trump sexually assaulted them in the past and to admit a recording of part of a 2005 conversation in which Trump described to another man how he kissed and grabbed women without first obtaining their consent. Trump contends that these and other asserted errors entitle him to a new trial."
Senior U.S. Circuit Judge Denny Chin stated, "It was very hard to overturn a jury verdict based on evidentiary rulings." The Ruling added, "In each of the three encounters, Trump engaged in an ordinary conversation with a woman he barely knew, then abruptly lunged at her in a semi-public place and proceeded to kiss and forcefully touch her without her consent."
A separate Civil Jury found Trump Liable for Defaming Carroll and has Ordered him to pay $83.3 Million in damage, that also grows by 10% each month until its paid. The Court has cited a Recurring Pattern in Trump’s Conduct with Women that has Aligned with Carroll’s Claims.
