The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has added a New Operational Direction, due to increased Enemy activity in the Sumy Region. Another Direction has been Renamed, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Reports.
In response to the Intensification of Hostilities in the Border areas of the Sumy Region, the General Staff has Uupdated the Format of its Daily Operational Briefings. Starting June 16th, the Reports will include a New Direction, Northern-Slobozhanskyi.
The General Staff explained that this New Section is being added due to growing Threats from Russia, in the Border area and to provide timely Updates to the Public on the course of Ddefensive Operations. In addition, the Kharkiv Direction has been Officially renamed to Southern-Slobozhanskyi.
On June 8th, Russian Forces intensified Shelling of the Sumy Region. The Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, reported that as a result of the Strikes, Seven People were Injured in the Nedryhailiv Community, and Three more in the Esman Community.
Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are Holding the Line in the Sumy Region and have gradually pushed the Enemy Vack.
According to DeepState, Russian Troops have Expanded their Control in the Border areas of the Sumy Region. On June 8th, Analysts claimed that Russian Forces may have Occupied the Village of Loknya.
