As of Thursday morning, neither Party has Clinched a Majority. There are 35 Seats still Not Called. A Party needs 218 for Control of the House
Most Districts where a Winner hasn’t been called are in Western States. About One-Third are in California, where Officials are still counting Votes. Mail Ballots postmarked by Election Day, will be Counted if they Arrive by Tuesday, Nov. 12th.
Currently, Republicans have 207 Seats and Democrats have 193 Seats.
