Inactive Voters are Registered Voters, who haveNot Voted for 2 Consecutive Federal Election or Four years, or doNot have a valid Address On-File with the County Election Office.
Absentee Ballots are N ot sent too these Voters Automatically. To Vote, Inactive Voters need to File a New Voter Registration Form with the Election Administrator by Email, Mail or In-Person before the Close of Regular Registration.
During Late Registration, an Inactive Voter must Appear In-Person and fill out out a New Voter Registration Form, at this time they will be given an Absentee Ballot that must be turned back in to the Election Administrator before or on Election Day, or to their Proper Polling Place on Election Day.
On Election Day an Inactive Voter can also fill out a Voter Registration Form at the Polls to Vote.
But in 2024, many States now will require Citizenship Identification. The current problem, Federal Elections do not Require Proof, many State's do.
Citizenship: It is time to Update the National Voting Rights Act (NVRA) for All Elections, with the definintion of Acceptable Documents when Registering to Vote.
