Sumpreme Court Kicks Trump's Immunity Cast Back To Lower Court

In a historic 6-3 Ruling, the Justices said that former Presidents have Immunity from Prosecution for Official Acts, and No Immunity for Unofficial Acts.

But rather than do it themselves, the Justices ordered Lower Courts to figure out precisely how to apply the Decision to Trump’s Case.

The outcome means additional Delay, before Trump could face Trial in the Case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith, on Jan. 6 Riot at the Capital.

The Federal Appeals Court, Ruled Trump is Not Immune from Prosecution for alleged Acts while in Office.

They Dismissed Trump's assertion that Former Presidents have Blanket Immunity.

Essentially, the Court stated that “former President Trump has become citizen Trump,” and any Executive Immunity that may have Protected Him during his Presidency, No longer applies to this Prosecution.

The Supreme Court is now asking the Lower Court to determine which Crimes are under Presidential and Non-Presidental, to determine which Charges Trump must face.
