U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, who presides over the Florida Trump Document Case, issued an Order Monday tossing out the Case.
She used the Sumpreme Court Clarence Thomas Decision, that Asigning the Special Council to this Case was Illegal, acording to the Constitution.
The U.S. Government can Appeal.
