The Independent View: Europe Plans Defense Line To Protect 27 Countries From Putin’s Invasion Threat

The Baltic States in Europe, bordering Russia and its Ally Belarus, have proposed a 1,500-mile Wall to Protect themselves from Vladimir Putin's Forces in the WEent of World War III.

This was made in a Letter cosigned by: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, submitted to the European Union(EU) on June 26th.

“Building a defense infrastructure system along the EU external border with Russia and Belarus will address the dire and urgent need to secure the EU from military and hybrid threats,” the Document stated.

Hybrid Threats was observed when Russia repeatedly dropped Significant amounts of Undocumented Immigrants, comprising Iraqis, Somalis, Syrians, and Turks, near its shared Border Posts with Finland.

The Finnish Border Guard at the time noted: “In recent months, the actions of the Russian authorities, at least on the border with southeastern Finland, have changed in such a way that, unlike before, they have allowed travel despite lack of documents,”.

As a nod to the expected Price Tag of the Defensive Line, the Four Baltic Signatories noted that “the scale and costs of this joint endeavor require a dedicated EU action to support it both politically and financially.”

“Extraordinary measures need to be employed as the EU's external border must be protected and defended with military and civilian means,” the Document noted.

This Lletter comes in the wake of a Conversation between Representatives of Unnamed Baltic States during a sit-down with Germany’s Chancellor, Olaf Scholz.

In the Meeting, Representatives of these Countries told the German Leader, that if the Russians made a significant Breakthrough in their War against Ukraine, the Baltic Dtates would field their Security Forces and in so doing, draw NATO into a War with Russia.

Around the same time, there was a Rallying to allow the use of NATO-donated Weapons to be used by Ukraine on Russian Soil. The Sentiment triggered by Volodymyr Zelensky was Supported in French President Emmanuel Macron’s Speech where He called for the same.

Twenty-Four hours after the U.S. President gave the go-ahead, Ukraine released a Swarm of Projectiles Striking numerous Targets near Russia’s Far-Western Belgorod Region and by Extension, contributed to what News Organizations dubbed “Putin’s deadliest week of the war.”
