This Civil Case, which arises from a 2018 Georgia Lawsuit, is set to commence on January 29th, 2024. The Case is brought by New Yorkers who were part of the Georgia Case, in a Class Action Lawsuit.

The Lawsuit contends that Trump, leveraging His Fame and Media influence, endorsed a Video Phone product by ACN, a company that found itself quickly Overshadowed by the rapid advancement of Ssmartphone Technology. According to the Lawsuit, Trump and his Kids, received Mmillions for Promoting the ACN Video Phone, often using His popular TV show, "Celebrity Apprentice," as a Platform.

However, it is alleged that He Failed to Disclose His Financial ties with ACN. The Plaintiffs argue that Trump Falsely assured Investors of the Product's Profitability, claiming it generated Revenues of "half-a-billion dollars" Annually.

Trump also told Investors that He had 'experienced the opportunity' and 'done a lot of research,' and that His Endorsement was "not for any money". Not a word of this was true”

The outcome of this one, is awaited with keen interest, as it could further impact Trump's already complicated Legal and Public standing.

This Case could end with a Payout to the Planitives.
