The Trump Organization was convicted on All Charges, in a Criminal Tax Fraud Scheme on Tuesday.
A New York Supreme Court Jury reached the Verdict, which could cost the Trump Org. up to $1.6 million in Fines, after Two days of deliberation, following a monthlong Trial that included Convicted former Trump Org. Chief Finance Officer Allen Weisselberg, as a Star Witness, for a reduced Jail time.
Prosecutors from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said the company, criminally dodged Taxes and suppressed Payroll Costs, by lavishing its Executives with Unreported Perks, such as Leases on Luxury Cars, Apartments, and Weisselberg's Graandchildren's Private Education. Trump and his family was Not Charged.
This could cause the Trump Org. problems with getting New Loans and future Deals.
The New York AG is also trying to have the Trump Org. Dissoived.
The Lawyers for the Trump Org. will Appeal the Conviction.
Sentencing for the Corporation is set for January 2023.
