The Supreme Court gave Eastern Oklahoma back to the Cherokee Nation, on Thursday 9/7/2020.
The Cherokee Nation Orders Removal of the Oklahoma State Flag from All Tribal Property.
The Order, signed by Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr., says the Flags must be Removed by Sept. 1st, from any Property Owned or Leased by the Cherokee Nation.
The only Flags allowed, will be those of the Cherokee Nation, the U.S., and any Flag with Approval from the Administration.
