Trump's Truth Social And Biden's Disinformation Board

Trump's Truth Social Social Network, is a Target of the Biden Administration's New Disinformation Governance Board.

Devin Nunes, the California Congressman, who left to become the CEO of the Trump Media & Technology Group, posed the Government as the most significant Threat, to Freedom of Speech, now that "Big Tech tyrants" can't Silence their Voices.

Speech isn't Free when used for False or Violent purpose.

The Disinformation Governance Board, which was revealed last week, is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Nina Jankowicz, was selected to be its Chief. Republicans have criticized the Board, comparing it to the Ministry of Truth in George Orwell's book 1984.

The White House has characterized the Board as being a continuation of a Trump Administration effort, and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, defended its Operations, claiming the Board won't Monitor U.S. Citizens, while touting Jankowicz as "eminently qualified," a "renowned expert," and "neutral."

"The board does not have any operational authority or capability," Mayorkas said Sunday on CNN's State of the Union. "What it will do is gather together best practices of addressing the threat of disinformation from foreign state adversaries, from the cartels, and disseminate those practices to the operators that have been executing and addressing this threat for years."

Nunes, who claimed the Left is having a "fit" spurred on by Elon Musk taking over Twitter, vowed Truth Social won't abide Political Speech Censorship. "We are not going to be regulated," he said.

The future of Truth Social is under Review, by a number of Organizations:

- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is determining if trying to get on the Stock Exchange was Legal.

- Court Case from the First company that supplied Public Domain software, for the project, that Trump Illegal used, Violating the User Agreement.

- Truth Social's Logo almost Identical to a British Green Energy Company, Trailar.
