Record Number of Absentee Ballots Requested in GA Runoff Elections

A Record Number of Absentee Ballots are reportedly being Requested for Georgia's Crucial Senate Runoff Races after the Nation already Broke Records on Mail-in-Voting for the Nov. 3rd Electionss.

Over 762,000 Absentee Ballots have already been Requested, Triple the Amount of Ballots Requested in All of the State's Elections in 2018.

Both Parties are leaning into the Race, with Democrats saying President-elect Joe Biden's Agenda could be Stalled by a Senate led by Current Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell (R-KY). Republicans argue that keeping the Senate in GOP hands is Key as a last line of defense against Democrats, who will hold the White House and the House majority.

Georgia has leaned Red in Senate Elections, but Biden's Win in the State has given Democrats New Hope.

Former Gubernatorial Candidate, Stacey Abrams, whose Efforts to Register Voters is Credited with helping Biden Flip the Historically Red State, Celebrated the Record Number of Absentee Ballots on Twitter.

The 2021 117th Senate will start on Jan. 3rd with the Senate Split: Republicans with 50 Seats and the Democrats with 48 Seats, including Two Independents.

General Election: David Perdue (R-Incumbent) with 2,460,589, and Jon Ossoff (D) with 2,373,440, a Difference of 87,149. The Other Total is 114,988.

Special Election: Raphael Warnock (D) with 1,616,228, and Kelly Loeffler (R-Incombent) with 1,272,198 a Differeance of 344,030. The Total of Others is 2,022,804.

Both of Georgia's Senate Races were forced into Runoffs after None of the Candidates Clinched 50% of the Vote in the General Election.

If Democrats win both Georgia Seats, Vice President-Elect, Kamala Harris, would Cast the Deciding Vote in the Upper Chamber.

Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger (R), Certified the State's Election Results after a Hand Rrecount of the State's 5 Million Ballots showed Biden leading by over 12,000 Votes.

The Trump Campaign was able to File, because of the Vote % Difference, for a New Machine Recount, that should show the Same Results that was Certified.
