The League of Woman Voters of Houston said 13 of 86 Houston Post Offices was Not accepting Kits including: Voter Registration Materials in Multiple languages; Reminders about Key Voting Deadlines; and Small American Flags.
Postal Workers said a Memo saying the Materials were in Violation of USPS Policy.
The Mayor said
Providing voter registration applications is a critical service for the citizens of this country. Access to the Ballot starts with access to voter registration materials.
