The New York City Board of Elections (NYCBOE) released a New Absentee Tracking System to help Voters Confirm their Request to Vote-by-Mail and Lookup the Status of their Ballot after its been Submitted through the Mail.

The NYCBOE says its New Electronic Tracking Program will help Voters ensure their Absentee Ballot was Collected and Counted, and give them an Opportunity to Fix-It if not.

The Absentee Ballot Tracking System Confirms:

1) If they Received your Absentee Ballot Request.

2) If they Mailed your Absentee Ballot.

3) If they Accepted your Absentee Ballot, and how to Fix-It if they did Not.

Data in the System Updates every 24 hours. Applications may take up to 72 hours to enter the Tracking System.

The NYCBOE says Ballots will go out to New York City Voters starting the Third Week of September.
