Judge in WI Upholds Extension of State's Absentee Ballot Receipt Deadline

A Federal Appeals Court on, Tuesday Sept. 29th, Upheld a Ruling to Allow Wisconsin Election Officials to Count Absentee Ballots that are, Postmarked by Election Day and Arrive up to Six Days after the Nov. 3rd Presidential Election.

The Ruling, Issued by Three Judges who were All Appointed by Republican Presidents, Upheld a Sept. 21st Court Order that called for Extending the Ballot Receipt Deadline.

The Earlier Ruling had been Challenged by Lawyers Representing the Republican Party.

What I would want the Court to Allow is the Daily Counting of Mail-in-Ballots as they Arrive, but Not Reporting until after the November 3rd Election. This will help Election Official to Complete the Certification of the Vote on a Shorter Timeline.
