OH Urgent Request for Election Volunteers

Because of the Covid-19 Outbreak, Ohio originally delayed in-Person Voting from March to June.

Then State Election Officials shifted the Primary back to April 28th, and Changed the Process to Vote-by-Mail.

With all the Changes, Voters have had a hard time keeping up.

They have to Request an Absentee Ballot, Receive the Ballot in the Mail, then Return it by April 28th. That's 13 days to make this happen.

The last day to Request an Absentee Ballot is April 25th.

There will be Limited In-Person Voting available for Designated Populations on April 28th.

The Ohio Primary is a Semi-Open Primary, a Registered Voter does Not need to Declare which Political Party’s Primary they will Vote in before entering the Voting Booth. Voters will Inform Election Officials which Ballot they want at the Poll.

The State is awarding 153 Delegates, of which 136 are Pledged Delegates Allocated on the basis of the Results of the Primary. The remaining are 17 Superdelegates.
