NY June Primaries Will be All-Mail Elections

Earlier this month, New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo (D), Expanded Absentee Voting for the June 23rd Primary Elections, but Voters still had to Apply for a Ballot by Mail.

Today, Cuomo Plans Issues an Executive Order sending Ballot Applications to All Registered Voters, with a Postage-Paid Return Envelope, so they can Vote-by-Mail in the June 23rd Primary Elections for: Presidential, Federal, State Legislature, School Boards, and Special Elections:

Federal - 27th CD

State Senate - District 50

State House:

- District 12
- District 31
- District 136

Queens Borough President

Brooklyn City Council 37th District Seat formerly held by Rafael Espinal.

I see the problem as an nonfunctioning Post Office system in New York. Yes, the Ballots will be mailed 32 days before an Election, but will they get back to be counted. I would like to see Drop-Off locations, possible where Polling Place were scheduled.

Governor now says he will Open the Polls for those who want to Vote at the Polls.
