Trump's Domestic Revenue Stream

The Constitution says a President's Salary should be their Only Income. The Domestic Emoluments Clause, Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 7, which Prohibits the President from Receiving any Emolument from the Federal Government or the States beyond “a Compensation” for his “Services” as Chief Executive.

But as the Majority Owner of the Trump Companies, and Not putting his Assists in a Blind Trust, he is Violating the Domestic Emoluments Clause.

1. Trump International Hotel Washington, DC - Reports that his Company Plans to Sell it. When he Signed the 60 year Property Lease he was a Civilian. After becoming President, he is Violating the Lease, which states No Federal Employee can Own the Lease.

6. 555 California St., San Francisco, CA 94104 - Formerly called the Bank of America Center, Trump now owns 30% of the Office Building. The Property is currently valued at $1.645 Billion.

7. 809 N. Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 - This Trump-owned House across the Street from the Beverly Hills Hotel is valued at about $9 Million.

8. Seven Springs, 64 Oregon Rd., Mt Kisco, NY 10549 - When Trump originally Purchased this 230-acre Estate outside of Bedford, New York, in Westchester County in 1996 for a reported $7.5 Million, he Planned to turn it into an 18-hole Golf Course. After a 9-year Battle against Neighbors who Protested the Plan, Trump kept the Estate and turned it into a Summer Home, now estimated to be worth around $37.5 Million. The Home was originally built by Eugene Meyer, Publisher of the Washington Post from 1933 to 1946.

9. The Mar-a-Lago Club, 1100 S Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach, FL 33480 - A 20-acre Private Club in Palm Beach, Florida, the Mar-a-Lago, valued at $150 Million, is One of the few Trump-owned Properties that doesn't use the Trump Name. As of Sept. 2019, it became his Permanent Resident.

10. Trump International Golf Club West Palm Beach, 3505 Summit Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406 - This 27-hole Private Course is located Five Minutes from the Ocean and is 100% Owned by Trump.

11. Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, 2000 N Fashion Show Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89109 - Trump Owns a 50% Interest in the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, a Project he Developed alongside Real Estate and Casino Mogul Phil Ruffin. Originally Built as a Condominium, the Property now Operates as a hotel, contains 1,282 Suites, and is Estimated to be Worth around $156 Million.

12. Trump National Doral Miami, 4400 NW 87th Ave., Doral, FL 33178 - Trump Owns 100% of this 800-acre Property in Miami that's Valued at $275 Million. The Trump National Doral Miami includes Five Golf Courses, 700 Hotel Rooms, Meeting and Conference Space, a 50,000-square-foot Spa, and a Large amount of Retail. When the Trump Organization Bought the Property in 2012 for $150 Million, it spent $200 Million in Renovations.

13. Trump National Golf Club Bedminster - 900 Lamington Rd., Bedminster, NJ 07921 - This Trump-Owned Private Golf Club in New Jersey has Two Par-72 Courses, a Clubhouse, and Event Space.

14. Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley, Stormville Rd., Hopewell Junction, NY 12533 - This 300-acre Private Golf Club located off of the Taconic State Parkway in New York's Hudson Valley offers a 14,000-square-foot Clubhouse, 150-Seat Pavilion, 70-Seat Members Grill, and 40-Seat Pub.

15. Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles, 1 Ocean Trails Dr., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 - This 18-hole, Par-71 Public Golf Course on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in California is 100% Owned by Trump. It's is Home of a 400-square-foot American Flag.

New York

1. Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, 1 Central Park W., New York, NY 10023 - It holds a 167-Room Hotel, as well as 158 Luxury Condos.

2. Trump Tower, 725 5th Ave., New York, NY 10022 - With both Office Space and residential Units, Trump Tower is One of the most well-known Addresses in the City.

3. 610 Park Avenue, 610 Park Ave., New York, NY 10065 - This Upper East Side Condo Building once housed Nautica founder David Chu and Chef and Restaurateur Daniel Boulud, whose Famed Eponymous Dining Establishment still occupies the First Floor.

4. Trump Palace, 200 E. 69th Sts., New York, NY 10021 - This Building offers Condos, Townhouses, and its Own Garden Park.

5. Trump Park Avenue, 502 Park Ave., New York, NY 10022 - Some of New York's Priciest Rentals and Condos are in this Upper East Side Building.

6. Trump Place, 160 Riverside Dr., New York, NY 10024 - Trump Place, aka Riverside South, is perhaps more Palatial than any of Trump's other Properties in New York. The Condo Development spans more than 10 Blocks along Riverside Drive, offering Spectacular Views of the Hudson River. some Building's Condo Boards have taken the Trump Name OfF their Buildings, but Trump still is the Management Company.

7. Trump Parc, 106 Central Park S., New York, NY 10019 - Trump Parc occupies the Site of the Former Barbizon Plaza Hotel and contains Luxury Condominiums that offer Great Views of Central Park. Trump Bought the Property in 1988. It has more than 400 Condos, 30 of which are Currently Available for Sale or Rent.

8. Trump Parc East, 100 Central Park South, New York, NY 10019 - Directly to the East of Trump Parc, is Trump Parc East, which Trumped Converted into Apartments in 1997. Previously, the Building had Functioned as a Hotel.

9. Trump World Tower, 327 E 47th St., New York, NY 10017 - This sleek Glass Midtown Building is arguably the most Luxurious of Trump's New York Properties, with some of the Priciest and most Breathtaking Residences in the City, the Penthouse has a Waterfall. It is near the UN and I live a Block away.

10. Trump Plaza, 61st St., New York, NY 10021 - Trump No Longer Owns this Apartment Tower, but he still Owns Two Condos in the Building, but it still holds his Name. Trump Developed the Building in the 1980s, and the Building Board bought the Building's Land Lease.

11. Trump SoHo New York, 246 Spring St., New York, NY 10013 - Trump Soho, Built as a Condo-Hotel, is the Only Downtown Residential Property with Trump's Name, though he No Longer has any Equity in the Development.

12. 40 Wall Street, 40 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005 - At 70 Stories, 40 Wall Street, aka The Manhattan Company Building, was the Tallest Building in the World when it was completed in 1930, (but only for a few months. Trump bought the Place during the 1990s, and Renamed it The Trump Building. He Planned to Convert the Top into Condos, but that never happened. It remains an Office Building, and it Houses many "high-profile" Tenants.

13. 1290 Avenue of the Americas, 1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10104 - 1290 Avenue of the Americas stretches from 51st to 52nd Street and Serves as a Luxury Office Building. Recently Renovated to LEED Standards.
