The Democrat-controlled New York State Legislature has Approved a Measure that would Ban the Manufacture, Sale, Possession of 3D-Printed Guns, and other Undetectable Firearms.
The Assembly Passed the Bill Monday, Five days after the Legislation was Approved by the Senate.
The Measure would Ban all Firearms whose Components can't be Detected by Security Screening Technology such as X-Rays and Metal Detectors.
The Bill now goes to Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) for Approval or Veto.
Cuomo has successfully pushed for Tighter Gun Control Laws in New York in recent years. His office says it will Review the Bill, one of several Gun-Control Measures Approved by Lawmakers this year.
Other States have Banned 3D Guns or are considering doing so.
Earlier this month, Washington State Approved Mew Laws that Ban Undetectable Guns.
