NYC Council Participatory Budgeting System

March marks the beginning of New York City Council Participatory Budgeting. During this period citizens have an opportunity to vote on how to spend a portion of Council Members allotment.

Council Member Benjamin J. Kallos (D-5th District, Eastside of Manhattan & Roosevelt Island), uses $1 million for the Community to take part in Participatory Budgeting.

Voting, for Residents 14 and over, will be available at dozens of Participatory Budgeting Voting sites throughout the District and by absentee ballot.

Make sure your voice is heard by requesting your Absentee Ballot or committing to Vote.
