NYC Public Hearing Dec. 6 on 2016 Election Experience


NYC Votes wants to hear about your voting experiences and concerns from the 2016 Elections.

NYC Votes' Voter Assistance Advisory Committee (VAAC) will hold its annual public hearing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 6th in lower Manhattan.

At: Department of Youth and Community Development, 2 Lafayette Street, 14th floor.

Come share your insights and help them improve their Voter Education and Outreach efforts.

Discussions at the hearing will be organized around three subject areas:

- Your 2016 Election Day Experience

- How we vote in America (Electoral College and Popular Vote)

- How to Vote Better in New York

If you plan to attend or testify at the hearing, please contact Sabrina Juarez of the Campaign Finance Board's Voter Assistance Unit at sjuarez@nyccfb.info with your testimony.

Members of the public will have three minutes each to testify.
