On April 13th, the Nebraska State Legislature passed historic reform (LB580) to take redistricting out of the hands of politicians and put a stop to rigged elections.

The momentum for reform is growing every day because activists are stepping forward to demand an end to manipulated maps, and politicians are getting the message.
Not long ago, thousands of Independent Lines activists signed a petition to demand passage of this legislation and the Nebraska Legislature listened.
But we can’t let up now, because this is a critical moment to keep the pressure up and make sure this bill is signed into law.
The only thing standing in the way of this reform is the Governor of Nebraska.
