The next GOP Presidential debate on CNBC will use average of nine polls from 9/20 to 10/21 from CBS NEWS, CNN, Bloomberg, FOX News, and NBC/WSJ. The original criteria was 3% / 1% in these polls, but was changed to 2.5% for the prime-time debate and 1.5% for the second-tier debate.
The new format is 30 second opening and closing for each candidate and a two hour debate.
