20 States Joined Amicus Brief by NY AG’s Office in the Evenwel v. Abbott Redistricting Case

20 states joined an amicus brief authored by the New York Attorney General’s Office in the Evenwel v. Abbott Redistricting case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

The case challenges the use of total population for redistricting.

The New York City Corporation Counsel also filed a separate brief on its own.
