The current 2022 General Election Results, has the Republicans with 221 Seats to Democrates with 213 Seats, with 218 Seats needed for Control of the House.
There is One Seat left, California's 13th District.
Republican Business Owner John Duarte and Democratic State Assemblyman Adam Gray, are in a close Race for this Open Central Valley Seat.
Currently with 97% of Votes counted:
Duarte (R): has 50.2%, with 66,884 Votes.
Gray (D): has 49.8%, with 66,300 Votes.
With a difference of 584 Votes.
So the Republican will lead the House with either 9 Seats or 7 Seats.
The 13th District has 496 Precincts, County Elections Officials must complete Final Official Results by December 8th, 2022.
The Secretary of State will Certify the Results on December 16th, 2022.
