Democrats are Suing to Overturn Congressional Maps in Five States, they weren’t able to Undo before the Midterm Elections: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Ohio.
If Courts side with them, Democrats believe it could be the difference between the Majority and the Minority.
Still not sure how those Races would would change 2023. But could force New Elections in 2023.
