Thanks to Richard Winger of Ballot Access News for this post.

On October 18th, Oral Argument was held in Inglis vs. South Carolina Republican Party, Richland Co., (2019-CP-4005486.

The Issue is whether the Republican Party Broke its Own Rules when it Cancelled their Presidential Primary.

Party Rules say Only the State Convention can make a Decision like that, but the Decision was made by the State Executive Committee.

A Decision is Expected soon.
