On June 26th, a Panel of Federal Judges Ruled that 11 Districts of the Virginia House of Delegates were Unconstitutionally Gerrymandered.
This Decision will likely Impact an additional 22 Adjacent House Districts.
The Federal Court gave Republicans until October 30th to Redraw the Districts.
Republican Leadership has responded with an Appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to try and stop Redrawing the Maps.
