Supreme Court Case Whether Non-Citizen is Exempt from Mandatory Detention


Supreme Court Case Nielsen v. Preap, to be Argued on Oct. 9th-10th, 2018 to decide whether a Non-Citizen is Exempt from Mandatory Detention if, after being Released from Criminal Custody, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does Not Take them into Immigration Custody Immediately.
